Customer Review: Buyers Beware of the Dragon Software
Both Sony and Nuance software (Manufacturer of Dragon Naturally Speaking) have to look into this serious problem. I live in Richmond, BC, Canada but my brother lives in Seattle, WA, USA so after doing much research comparison between voice recorders and their prices I ordered this product via Amazon / WholeSaleAV. The product was shipped to Seattle then it was legally delivered to me by my brother to Canada. When I registered the product I had difficulties registering the product with Sony Canada as it was purchased in the US. Now…the real hassle came when I tried to install the Dragon Naturally Speaking Recorder edition 10 into my computer. The software cannot be installed due to it is not supported by Vista 64 bit operation. I tried to look at the problem via the Nuance website site and in order to upgrade to 64 bit operation, I had to register with a serial number. I couldn’t find the serial number so I called up Sony. Although Sony was helpful, they could not solve the problem and asked me to contact Nuance directly. I then called Nuance and they told me because the product came in a bundled format and because the software version is specifically made for Sony recorder I simply do not have a serial number nor can they upgrade my software to run on a 64 bit operating system!!! I was forced to purchase a full Dragon Naturally Speaking software 10.1 and that means I have to pay extra for something that I do not need. Needless to say the time spent on resolving this matter and clueless supports I got from Nuance and Sony was a very frustrating experience! When you manufacture a product, you have to make it compatible for users. I am sure I am not the only one who faces this problem…
Customer Review: Great upgrade from the earlier models
I had been looking for a device like this, and based on reviews had it narrowed down to the ICD-MX20DR9 and the ICD-SX68DR9. But seeing that Dragon Naturally Speaking was already out in version 10, it seemed odd that Sony hadn’t updated the recorders to operate with the new software release.

I have owned this scale for over 4 years and can tell you it works well for the first 3 years or so before the bouncy bounce feature of inaccurate weighing takes place. Even when you use the re-cal wheel; to no avail. It will weigh for example, 8 oz. one time, 6 oz. the next.
I don’t know, maybe I did get my monies worth.

Customer Review: Picked a lemon
I’ve purchased this same exact watch before and it worked great. Used it for swimming, running, and everything in between. Not a problem with the first watch. I decided to purchase the same exact watch again through amazon.com since my first watch was getting pretty beat up. I’d had it for years and the wrist band was about to go. The silver grey paint was starting to flake off. The new second watch looked exactly as my first watch except the 2nd day I used it for my usuall swimming sessions I noticed the watch a few hours later had fogged and water had gottten into the watch were it shorted out the crystal display. Bad luck of the draw!?!?!? I’ll probably buy another of the same model and figure that this one just happened to be a lemon.

Customer Review: How Long Should it Last?
I have owned this for approximately for a year. I have carried it in my pants pocket and it has not had any abuse beyond normal everyday use. It functioned fine for the first month. After that there were problems that started to come up. First, fine lint started collected under the plastic screen. This will significantly obstruct your view after a few weeks. After this buttons gradually stopped working. It has now been a year and the rewind and erase buttons do not work. I have no reason to believe that the other buttons will stop soon. It could be that too much lint has collected inside. The product is easy to use and has done everything that it is suppose to do as long as it worked. It just depends on what your expectations are. If you expect it to work for more than 6 months with everyday use then look else where.
Customer Review: Good Product, Very Basic
This recorder gets the job done, but is a digital recorder that does not connect to an computer to transfer the digital files over. Also there is no speed control on this model to speed up or slow down speech. Also there is no on/off switch, so I found it really tricky to turn it off and it was not well explained in the manual. If you are looking for a basic recorder, then this model is great. Quality is high and records extremely well. If you are looking to use this for transcriptions for other digital transferring then it might not be as useful.

I am thoroughly addicted to this game!!!!! I’m not the type to spend hours at games on my computer, but this one has changed all that. I spend every available minute trying to go from one level to another. I like the challenge of the different items that need to be “unchained” before they can be cleared off the board. I also enjoy the backround swimming fish and the ability to choose the ones I want to see swimming!!! I’m looking forward to Big Kahuna Reef 2 which I recently purchased but haven’t played yet. E. very useful little recorder! i use it constantly & have the ear piece and the mic. handy little gadget, especially for reporters, anyone that needs a reminder to do something & doesn’t want to write it down, if you are learning a new language & want to record your voice, etc. So many different uses, very inexpensive… worth getting one.
Customer Review: Good, Pocket-Sized Recorder
This small recorder was exactly what I was looking for. It saves a one of recordings and I’m able to organize them in folders. An external mic plugs in very easily. The only thing I would have like to see added was a USB port or other way to hook up this recorder to my computer. Otherwise, for the money, this digital voice recorder is a home run.

If you are looking for a camera that’s good for its price, then look no further. Has many functions and performs just well. It’s not the best camera out there, but it does what I expected it to. If you need a camera for everyday use, I would suggest this one. It takes nice pictures and is not hard to handle. Also, I’ve put mine in my pockets with keys, and there are no scratches. I am very disappointed to find that the Levi’s I have worn for years now have “whiskers”– the made-to-look-broken-in lines from that go from the crotch to the hip. I find them to be horribly unattractive and am frustrated that I can’t find my favorite styles in traditional colors.
