Great item son loves it! Just wish I would have got the scooter the same day I received my son’s helmet knee/elbow pads they were suppose to come together. Shipping could have been a little faster, but wonderful products and well packaged by sender.

I am very satisfied with the way they dealt with me. I accidentally bought scooter wheels instead of ripstik wheels, and they sent me they ripstik wheels when i returned the others at no additional cost! I would definitely buy from them again.

4 green wheels for Razor scooter – The Queen – Rochester,NY
I received the product and tried out all 4 wheels. One of the wheels had a defect in it and would not turn nicely. I emailed the seller immediately and did not hear back. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very disappointed in the customer service.

because it was broken. They wanted me to have it because they said it was a piece of junk. After reading all of these reviews, I am thinking about canceling my order for a 3rd party brand charger that will last. I wont tho because my friends other dad works at razor and he gave me a free chain motor and chain wheel so I could upgrade. I modded the control box so you don’t have to kick off to 3 mph before it starts and also upgraded batteries and back wheel. Altoghether is was 50 bucks and Now my scooter functions like a bird. Very quiet with its new 700 watt 36 volt motor. Its funny going to the campus with this thing and people saying arent you over 120 pounds? and I say I modded it. It has 3 12 volt 7 amp batterys and it takes 2 hours to charge. It will go up to 12 miles. It goes 30 mph. Most people awe and I tell them about and they awe again. This isn’t a piece of junk if you upgrqade it like I did.

Charger sucks but still the scooter works. – –
Its been almost a year. I havent been able to get this scooter up for 1 year. Yup 1 year. I was thinking about getting teh Xtreme Xg-470 but then I saw the charger was dead. I am gouing to get my charger in 2 to 3 days (thursday or friday) then be able to ride. I bought a 3rd party charger from e2go stores on ebay. Hopefully the electric chip that failed for the razor chargers dosn’t fail in this different 3rd party one. That kid who said he upgraded it, He should use a amazon account because if he goes to campus, hes over 13. I hope this will work again

I got this scooter for my 11th birthday. Unlike a lot of other reviews, this scooter’s charger works just fine. The problem is the wheel. The back wheel is plastic so its not as “sturdy” as the rubber one. After using the brake on the scooter for a few days, the wheel skidded off!I would seriously not reccomend this scooter. The other reviews aren’t kidding!

I got this scooter as an early birthday present and I LOVED IT. It was the greatest thing. At least until it started getti-n-g -s-l-o-w-e-r, even on a full charge. Then It just stopped moving. So we took it apart and fixed it. Then It stopped again. I still haven’t fixed it. I’m getting a new scooter that hopefully won’t break. The E100 scooter was slow anyway.
