Product is great – how can you go wrong with a Go-Kart?
Razor corporation however needs to learn about customer service – they suck! We needed two little clips to retain the axle and it was going to be 2 months to get them! They were NO help.
Thank Goodness I bought through AMAZON – when they heard the Kart was defective because of two little missing clips – they had one over-nighted out to replace the defective unit! Thats customer service! My two nephews really enjoyed their Christmas replacement present.
